Launched from the Malmo Shipyards in February 2027, the RFS Vladimir Titov is a Russian DD-306 Ares-class Destroyer. It is under the command of Lieutenant Colonel Dmitri Petrovsky, Russian Air Force, and deployed to the First Tactical Wing.


Colonel Vladimir Titov, Russian Air Force (retired) (Born: January 1, 1947) is a former cosmonaut who holds the record for the longest time spent in space, aboard the Mir Space Station for 365 days, 22 hours, 39 minutes in 1988, and then added more time after participating in the joint Russian-American Space Program until his retirement in 1998, bringing his time spent in space to a total 378 days and 45 minutes. He now serves as General Director of Russian Operations for Excalibur Almaz, a private spaceflight company.
